Works for Me Wednesday- Banana Boats

Making banana boats are great fun when you're camping, or even in your own oven at home. You carefully peel the innerside strip of the banana down, leaving one end attached to the banana. Hollow out a little bit of the banana and add back in whatever you like, such as:
Chocolate bar pieces
Marshmallows
Peanut butter
Then wrap it back up, wrap the whole thing in foil, and put in the campfire or hot oven for five minutes or so. Take out, let cool a bit and enjoy! Here is a great website that has instructions and photos. It's called "Instructables." Check it out!
