Monks Retreat
This Abbey of the Genesee, Community of Trappist Monks, make delicious bread -that's how they support themselves-and also have retreats available. They are located South of Rochester, NY in Piffard. A good place to go and be silent and one with yourself and nature and God.
Hours:
Church and reception room: 2 AM –7 PM
Bookstore: open throughout the day
Bread Store: 8 AM - 11 AM; 1:30 PM - 4 PM
